How long does delivery take?
At Peakandshine, delivery times may be slightly different from what you're used to.
Since our products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers, we save significantly on warehousing and transport costs – and pass those savings on to you.
The average delivery time is 5 to 10 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
What if I haven’t received my order yet?
Due to high demand, your order may occasionally take a little longer to arrive.
If the delivery window has passed and you still haven’t received your item, please email us at support@peakandshine.com, and we’ll check the status of your parcel right away.
I want to exchange or return my order – how does it work?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@peakandshine.com.
Include the following details in your message:

The reason for your return
We’ll then send you the return address and confirm the return process. You can return the item using a shipping provider of your choice.
Who pays for return shipping?
Unfortunately, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Fees may vary depending on the courier. Please check your chosen carrier’s website for accurate pricing.
What are the return conditions?
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. The following conditions apply:

The product must be in its original packaging with all tags attached and undamaged

The item must be unused and unworn
Which payment methods can I use?
We currently accept credit cards.
If you're unsure whether your preferred payment method is available, simply proceed to the checkout – all available options will be shown there.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email – what should I do?
That shouldn’t happen. If you haven’t received your order confirmation, please send us an email with your full name and email address to support@peakandshine.com – we’ll assist you right away.
